  15. I agree that the net is no place for binaries.. While it is
  16. nice to have them delivered to my door (so to speak) , If I
  17. want software for my Mac,I know where to get it.. The volume
  18. of all the binary news groups has really pushed phone bills
  19. sky high across the net at large..

  21. If I may make an alternative suggestion, why not start an
  22. alternative news distribution for macintosh .. This idea has a
  23. precedent.. The unix-pc folks have done so,and it seems to
  24. work quite well.This way,sites that are heavily macintosh 
  25. oriented can get and distribute all the binaries they choose.

  27. NetSys will be glad to distribute such news to any site.
